Wiki Pages: Microsoft Patterns and Practices SharePoint Guidance

What is it?
The Microsoft Patterns and Practices SharePoint Guidance is a set of documentation, reference implementation, and quickstarts designed to help you answer the tough "when" and "why" questions around utilizing features in SharePoint.  The guidance helps you to understand when certain features are appropriate solutions to a problem -- and when they may not be.  By answering these questions it goes well beyond the basic training available at http://mssharepointdeveloper.com

Where do I fit in?
I (Rob Bogue) actively participated in the development of the guidance and tested interim releases of the reference implementation.  The SharePoint Guidance fits in the other writings and projects related to SharePoint Governance. See Governance for more information.
